Job summary

OSJCT Group is seeking a Digital Learning Designer to join our team. The role can be based in our Lincolnshire office or our Aylesbury office. You will design and develop engaging digital learning solutions for colleagues to build the skills and behaviours needed in care roles.

We welcome applicants from all levels of experience, with opportunities for development and progression. The role offers hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office each week and a 37.5-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative digital learning solutions that enable colleagues to develop required skills and behaviours.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine learning outcomes.
• Create engaging eLearning content and other digital learning materials that drive learner engagement.
• Ensure learning solutions meet the needs of the Trust and achieve desired outcomes efficiently.

Salary: £30,000 per year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Hybrid Working (minimum 2 days in the office per week)

We are now recruiting for a Digital Learning Designer to work in either our Lincolnshire office or our Aylesbury office.

The role focuses on designing and developing creative and engaging digital learning solutions that enable our colleagues to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be competent in their roles providing care. You’ll work with subject matter experts to determine the learning outcomes and develop a variety of learning solutions that meet the needs of the Trust and achieve the desired learning outcomes in the most effective way.

We are looking for an individual who is keen to create well-crafted eLearning and other digital learning solutions that people can actually engage with, not just complete.
