Job summary

OSJCT Group is recruiting a Digital Learning Designer for a hybrid role based in Aylesbury, with the option to work from our Lincolnshire or Aylesbury offices. You will design engaging digital learning solutions to help colleagues develop skills, knowledge and behaviours for their roles in care.

Digital Learning Designer

Location: Rabans Close, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8RS

Salary: £30, per year

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - Hybrid Working (minimum 2 days in the office per week)

We are now recruiting for a Digital Learning Designer to work in either our Lincolnshire office or our Aylesbury office.

The role focuses on designing and developing creative and engaging digital learning solutions that enable our colleagues to develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be competent in their roles providing care. You’ll work with subject matter experts to determine the learning outcomes and develop a variety of learning solutions that meet the needs of the Trust and achieve the desired learning outcomes in the most effective way.

We are looking for an individual who is keen to create well-crafted eLearning and other digital learning solutions that people can actually engage with, not just complete.
