Capita plc is recruiting a Digital Learning Support Assistant for a part-time on-site role in Portsmouth. You will work with instructors to help learners build digital skills, confidence and navigate learning platforms, including Functional Skills English and maths support.

You'll provide one-to-one and small-group coaching, manage learner accounts and records, and assist with assessments, safeguarding and welfare. Eligibility for UK Security Clearance at SC level is required.

Competenze

• Good digital skills and experience using Microsoft 365.
• Confident in learning new digital systems and platforms.
• Experience supporting or coaching others to develop new skills.
• Understanding of Functional Skills English and maths.

Mansioni

• Provide one-to-one and small-group coaching to build learners' digital skills and confidence.
• Assist learners in using digital systems and platforms to access learning.
• Support initial assessments and contribute to personalised learning plans.
• Support learners with SpLD and neurodiverse needs to access learning.
• Assist learners studying Functional Skills English and maths to progress.
• Set up learner accounts and provide ongoing access to online resources.
• Maintain learner records and assist with exams, reporting and invigilation.
• Collaborate with instructors to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
