Job summary

Global is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Engineer to join the Outdoor Digital Infrastructure team. You will support infrastructure across the UK and Ireland, including London's TfL travel network, reporting to the Head of Outdoor Digital Service Management.

In this role you will develop and sustain digital infrastructure, manage incidents, deploy changes, support on‑site installations, and provide technical guidance to live operations, including out‑of-hours work.

Qualifications

• Infrastructure experience with Windows desktop and server environments, Linux and core infra tech like DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), IIS or Apache.
• Proficiency using remote management tools, networking technologies and scripting with PowerShell.
• Experience delivering technical solutions and supporting small to mid-size projects.
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and ITIL-aligned processes (incident, problem, change).
• Experience supporting digital advertising, digital signage or a content management platform in live environments.
• Collaborative, with ability to work across technical and non-technical teams and suppliers.
• Committed to continuous learning; ITIL Foundation, MS certifications or Level 3 IT qualification are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital infrastructure: document capabilities and requirements, implement designs, standards and protocols.
• Resolve third-line incidents, coordinate with suppliers, identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Manage change and deployment: plan, implement and review changes with cross-functional teams.
• Support operational teams with technical expertise during live incidents and deployments, maintain documentation.
• Deliver out-of-hours work, taking responsibility for installations and operational activities to high standards.
