Job summary

DWP Digital is recruiting Business Analysts to shape and deliver digital transformation across UK public services from Leeds and other hubs. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within multidisciplinary Agile teams, guiding discovery through implementation and benefits realisation.

As part of a supportive BA community, you will elicit and manage requirements, apply diverse BA techniques, and influence stakeholders at all levels to deliver tangible improvements

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering business analysis across the full project and change lifecycle.
• Proven ability to apply a broad range of business analysis techniques to identify problems and shape effective solutions.
• Experience eliciting, defining and managing business, user and system requirements to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Experience using business modelling techniques to analyse processes, capabilities and organisational needs.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within agile, multidisciplinary teams.
• Involve yourself throughout the product delivery lifecycle to identify opportunities and define effective solutions.
• Support informed decision-making by working with stakeholders and analysing impacts across the organisation.
