Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking a Digital Director - Wellness in Lancashire to own the digital strategy across Growth, Retention/CRM and Ecommerce. You will lead channel specialists, translate brand plans into actionable growth initiatives, and align the team with commercial targets.

In this high-growth role, you will drive CAC/LTV optimization, oversee the Shopify roadmap, and partner with Brand to deliver compelling digital experiences. On-site gym and benefits support performance.

Qualifications

8+ years' experience in ecommerce, DTC or digital growth.
Experience leading senior channel specialists / heads of function.
Proven experience owning digital P&L and budget.
Strong commercial understanding of CAC, LTV, contribution margin and payback.
Experience in health, wellness, beauty or high-growth consumer brands advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own the overall digital strategy and roadmap across acquisition, retention and ecommerce.
Translate marketing and brand strategy into a clear digital growth plan.
Lead Growth, Retention and Ecommerce leads to build a high-performing digital team.
Identify future capability requirements and recruit/develop agencies and partners.
Set clear objectives, KPIs and accountability across digital areas.
Manage the overall digital budget and allocation across channels.
