Job summary

TQR Consultancy Ltd invites applications for a Digital Fulfilment & Insights Advisor role in Plymouth, Devon. This hybrid position combines field-based support with data analysis to improve digital fulfilment performance across Click & Collect and delivery platforms.

You will use data insights to identify issues, review processes in stores, coach managers and implement corrective actions, while collaborating with IT and BI teams to enhance reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, stock management, fulfilment or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and turn it into practical recommendations.
• Organised and methodical approach to problem solving.
• Willingness to travel nationally when required.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Digital Fulfilment & Insights Advisor to support and improve digital fulfilment performance across customer fulfilment channels, including Click & Collect and delivery platforms.

Working closely with stores and central teams, you will use data and operational insight to identify issues, improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

This is a varied role combining data analysis, stakeholder management, problem solving and field-based support.

About You

Desirable

• Knowledge of OMS, WMS, ERP or stock management systems.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Experience of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of process improvement and continuous improvement methodologies.
