As a result of our continued growth and ongoing success, we are seeking a dynamic Digital Fulfilment & Insights Advisor to join our Head Office team in Plymouth.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Digital Fulfilment & Insights Advisor to help improve digital fulfilment performance across our customer fulfilment channels, including Click & Collect and Deliveroo. Working closely with stores and central teams, you will use data, insight and operational expertise to identify improvement opportunities, resolve issues and enhance the customer experience. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to influence business performance through a combination of analysis, stakeholder engagement and field-based support.
Responsibilities:
- Support the continuous improvement of digital fulfilment operations across all customer fulfilment channels.
- Visit stores to review fulfilment processes and identify opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
- Coach and support Store Managers and Area Managers on fulfilment best practice.
- Investigate fulfilment-related issues and work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Analyse fulfilment, stock and customer order data to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
- Produce meaningful insights and recommendations that support operational decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators and highlight areas requiring intervention.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify sustainable solutions to fulfilment, stock and customer service issues.
- Support the development and enhancement of reporting, dashboards and key performance metrics.
- Work closely with IT and Business Intelligence teams to define reporting requirements and improve reporting visibility.
- Support the testing and implementation of new reports, systems, processes and operational enhancements.
- Build strong working relationships across stores and central functions.
- Represent the operational needs of stores within fulfilment-related discussions and projects.
- Support business initiatives aimed at improving fulfilment performance and customer experience.
Person Specification:
- Experience within retail operations, stock management, fulfilment or supply chain environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Experience in using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify problems, recommend solutions and influence positive change.
- Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally as required.
- Knowledge of Click & Collect or digital fulfilment operations.
- Experience working with OMS, WMS, ERP or stock management systems.
- Experience supporting the development of dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Experience of user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
