Job summary

East Lothian Housing Association is seeking a Digital Finance Apprentice to join the Finance Team in Haddington. You will study towards a Modern Apprenticeship while gaining hands-on experience in invoices, payments and financial reporting.

You will work with experienced finance professionals, supporting daily tasks and learning essential systems like HomeMaster and Excel. A structured development path with a SCQF Level 6 qualification awaits.

Qualifications

• Engaged in Modern Apprenticeship studies toward a relevant qualification.
• Good verbal and written communication to support finance queries.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes in a busy finance team.

Responsibilities

• Act as first responder to finance queries from colleagues and suppliers.
• Log tickets and support the tendering process.
• Upload and manage invoices and purchase orders in HomeMaster.
