Job summary

WWF-UK is seeking a Digital Experience Programme Lead to drive a major transformation, turning strategy into a concrete delivery roadmap. You will lead this cross‑functional programme across platforms, ensuring governance, change management and practical outcomes.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders to align technology, processes and people, delivering tangible improvements for supporters and staff, while embracing hybrid work at the Living Planet Centre in Woking.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex digital transformation programmes with multiple platforms, teams and suppliers.
• Strong change management track record for adoption of new systems and ways of working.
• Ability to translate strategy and user needs into clear digital roadmaps and phased delivery plans.
• Proven governance, risk management, resource planning and benefits realisation skills.
• Understanding of digital platforms and their impact on supporter/customer/employee experiences.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and suppliers.
