Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, end to end transformation or growth programmes.
• Background in consumer-facing sectors, ideally with digital or ecommerce exposure.
• Experience across supply chain, logistics, B2B or commercial change.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic initiatives with stakeholders and define value cases.
• Own end to end programme delivery and manage risks across multiple workstreams.
• Provide updates to executive and board level.
