Job summary

Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to shape and improve the customer journey across our app, website and Dom Central-powered systems. You will turn insights into action, collaborating with Product, UX, Marketing, CRM and Technology teams to deliver meaningful change.

You'll optimise the digital journey from onboarding through checkout, manage one direct report and use analytics to prioritise improvements, measuring impact and aligning teams

Qualifications

• Experience improving digital customer journeys across websites, apps or other ecommerce platforms.
• A good understanding of ecommerce trading, including conversion, promotions, merchandising and onsite content.
• Practical knowledge of UX, conversion rate optimisation and test-and-learn approaches.
• The ability to interpret analytics, customer feedback and journey data to identify friction and prioritise improvements.
• Clear communication skills, with the confidence to influence Product, UX, Technology, Marketing, CRM and Operations teams.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, particularly when managing campaigns, content, quality assurance and competing priorities.
• The ability to manage and develop a direct report through clear direction, coaching and constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Optimise the digital customer journey across app and web from onboarding through to checkout and post-purchase interactions.
• Turn insight into better experiences by working on experimentation, CRO and prioritising UX priorities.
• Oversee onsite campaigns, content and promotional activity; track digital and customer-journey KPIs; and improve processes that prevent broken journeys.
