Job summary

Balfour Beatty plc in Scotland is seeking a Digital Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team. You will support project teams by embedding digital tools to streamline information management, reporting, and coordination across multi-project delivery.

Travel is required to support multiple projects. You will work with BIM platforms such as Autodesk, BIM 360, ACC, Navisworks, SharePoint and Power BI to improve efficiency, quality, and Zero Harm on delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction industry experience.
• Good understanding of core construction processes (RAMS, Permits, ITPs, QC checks, Short Term Planning, Temporary Works).
• Understanding of UK BIM Framework, Protocols, and IM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams to facilitate business processes using digital tools/technology.
• Identify and review new ways of working to increase efficiency, reduce cost, improve quality and sustainability.
• Educate teams, clients and supply chain in the Project Information Model (Graphical and Non Graphical).
• Support data capture for reporting to project teams and senior management.
• Facilitate 3D site coordination meetings with internal and external partners.
• Demonstrate Balfour Beatty core behaviours and collaborate relentlessly.
• Maintain relentless focus on Zero Harm.
