Job summary

Lorien in Scotland is seeking an experienced Digital Information Manager (BIM) to support delivery of major infrastructure projects from Glasgow or Perth. The role focuses on digital information management, BIM processes, data validation, and coordination across project stakeholders in a hybrid setup (up to 50% office-based).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as BIM Manager or Lead BIM Coordinator on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management best practices.
• Experience with BIM360/ACC and other CDEs; proficiency in BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital information management across major infrastructure programmes.
• Coordinate BIM processes and data validation with multiple stakeholders.
• Perform model coordination, clash detection, and federated model management.
• Support hybrid working arrangement across Scotland (Glasgow/Perth).

Digital Information Manager (BIM)

Glasgow or Perth | Hybrid (up to 50% office-based)

6-Month Contract | Full-Time | ASAP Start

We are looking for an experienced Digital Information Manager (BIM) to support the delivery of major infrastructure projects across Scotland. This role will focus on digital information management, BIM processes, data validation, and coordination across multiple project stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a BIM Manager, Information Manager, or Lead BIM Coordinator on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management best practices.
• Experience with BIM360, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or other Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and related BIM tools.
• Experience in model coordination, clash detection, and federated models.
• GIS experience, particularly with Esri products, would be advantageous.
