We are seeking a Digital & CRM Account Manager to join our ITG team and support a busy, expanding account. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing daily digital marketing activities for our global agricultural client across multiple markets, delivering campaigns, analyzing performance, and providing strategic insights. Additionally, you will support CRM workflows and manage data processes.
Your tasks include executing digital activities for each market, ensuring accuracy and completeness of campaigns on Monday.com, and collaborating with the Senior Account Manager on CRM setup and workflow management. The role demands commitment, resilience, strong project management skills, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.
