Job description

We are seeking a Digital & CRM Account Manager to join our ITG team and support a busy, expanding account. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing daily digital marketing activities for our global agricultural client across multiple markets, delivering campaigns, analyzing performance, and providing strategic insights. Additionally, you will support CRM workflows and manage data processes.

Your tasks include executing digital activities for each market, ensuring accuracy and completeness of campaigns on Monday.com, and collaborating with the Senior Account Manager on CRM setup and workflow management. The role demands commitment, resilience, strong project management skills, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities:

  1. Schedule digital briefs across all markets aligned with campaign deployment dates, managing paid social media and WhatsApp advertising.
  2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign launches and ongoing monitoring.
  3. Maintain excellent relationships with the marketing performance team and Field Marketing Consultants, keeping all parties informed and engaged.
  4. Assist the Senior Account Manager with CRM campaign setup, data management, asset verification, and workflow updates, liaising with various internal departments.
  5. Oversee updates to the marketing portal, maintain campaign calendars, support BAU workflows, and assist in client meetings and minute-taking.
  6. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and campaign delivery.
  7. Measure campaign effectiveness, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  8. Drive multiple projects simultaneously and act as a key client advocate.
  9. Meet weekly KPIs and contribute to client reporting with insights.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • A client-centric approach
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing, especially social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp for Business)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking abilities managing multiple projects
  • Meticulous attention to detail for quality and accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a positive team-oriented attitude
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and commitment to role development
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
