Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital & CRM Account Manager to join our wider ITG team, supporting a busy and growing account. Your main responsibility will be overseeing the day-to-day digital marketing activity for our global agricultural client across the UK/Eire, French, Italian, German, Spanish & Polish markets, delivering digital campaigns, reviewing performance, and providing insights into what’s working well and what isn’t. Additionally, you will support CRM workflows and manage data processes.

Your tasks include executing digital activity for each market, ensuring verification, accuracy, and completeness of all digital campaigns across our Monday.com boards. You will work with the Senior Account Manager to support CRM workflows and collaborate with internal teams for each BAU campaign. This role requires commitment, resilience, project management skills, customer service, and operational excellence.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Scheduling digital briefs across all markets according to client campaign deployment dates, including paid social media and WhatsApp advertising.
  • Ensuring digital campaigns go live on time and are monitored during their run.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal marketing performance teams and Field Marketing Consultants in each market, keeping all stakeholders informed and issues addressed.
  • Supporting the Senior Account Manager in CRM setup, including data work, asset checking, workflow updates, and liaising with internal departments.
  • Overseeing updates to our marketing portal, updating campaign calendars, and supporting BAU workflows.
  • Assisting with client meetings, including minute-taking.
  • Seeking process improvements for efficient campaign management.
  • Measuring campaign effectiveness, identifying trends, and providing insights.
  • Managing multiple projects effectively.
  • Acting as a key client advocate.
  • Delivering key KPIs weekly.
  • Researching and providing insights for client reporting.
Requirements:
  • Client-centric approach.
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing, especially social channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp for Business).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities managing multiple projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards for quality.
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills; a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and commitment to role development.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote.
