We are looking for a Digital & CRM Account Manager to join our wider ITG team, supporting a busy and growing account. Your main responsibility will be overseeing the day-to-day digital marketing activity for our global agricultural client across the UK/Eire, French, Italian, German, Spanish & Polish markets, delivering digital campaigns, reviewing performance, and providing insights into what’s working well and what isn’t. Additionally, you will support CRM workflows and manage data processes.
Your tasks include executing digital activity for each market, ensuring verification, accuracy, and completeness of all digital campaigns across our Monday.com boards. You will work with the Senior Account Manager to support CRM workflows and collaborate with internal teams for each BAU campaign. This role requires commitment, resilience, project management skills, customer service, and operational excellence.
