A leading company is seeking a Digital & CRM Account Manager to oversee digital marketing activities for a global agricultural client. The role involves managing campaigns across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy, and providing insights. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in multi-channel marketing.
We are looking for a Digital & CRM Account Manager to join our wider ITG team, to support a busy and growing account. As Digital & CRM Account Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day digital marketing activity for our global agricultural client across the UK/Eire, French, Italian, German, Spanish & Polish markets delivering our digital campaigns, reviewing performance and pro-actively providing insights into what’s working well and what isn’t. In addition, you will be supporting with our CRM work flows and managing data processes.
Your tasks will be to execute the digital activity for each market and focus on verification, accuracy and completeness of all digital campaigns across our Monday.com boards. As part of the role you will work with the Senior Account Manager to support in the CRM work flow process and work with internal teams for each BAU campaign. This role requires commitment, resilience and a keen focus on project management as well as the responsibility of customer service delivery, as well as operational excellence.
Your responsibilities include:
Ensuring that digital briefs across all markets are scheduled in accordance to the client campaign deployment dates across paid social media and Whats App advertising.
Work with internal stake holders to ensure all digital campaigns go live on time and are monitored during campaign periods.
Working closely and maintain great relationships with our internal marketing performance team as well as the Field Marketing Consultants in each market to keep the team informed of progress, deal with any issues and maintain strong communication with all internal stake holders.
Supporting the Senior Account Manager in the CRM set up of campaign deployment, this will include data work, checking assets, updating work flow tickets and liaison with different internal teamITG departments. Other responsibilities include overseeing updates to our marketing portal, updating campaign calendars and assist with our BAU workflow as well as supporting the Account Directors in client monthly meetings and minute taking.
