Job description

Talent Acquisition Manager @ ITG & Storyteq | transforming the way global brands do marketing through our innovative SaaS & end-to-end services.

We are seeking a Digital & CRM Account Manager to join our ITG team and support a busy, expanding account. Your primary role will be managing the daily digital marketing activities for our global agricultural client across multiple markets, including UK/Eire, France, Italy, Germany, Spain, and Poland. This involves overseeing digital campaigns, analyzing performance, and providing insights, alongside supporting CRM workflows and data management.

Your responsibilities include executing digital activities, ensuring campaign accuracy, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting CRM setup and data processes. The role demands commitment, resilience, excellent project management, customer service, and operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate digital campaign scheduling across markets to meet deployment dates for paid social media and WhatsApp advertising.
  • Ensure timely campaign launches and monitor performance throughout campaign periods.
  • Maintain effective communication with marketing teams and Field Marketing Consultants to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Assist the Senior Account Manager with CRM setup, data checks, asset verification, workflow updates, and liaising with internal departments.
  • Manage updates to marketing portals, campaign calendars, and support BAU workflows, including client meetings and minute-taking.
  • Identify process improvements for campaign management efficiency.
  • Analyze trends, measure effectiveness, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Drive multiple projects simultaneously and act as a key client advocate.
  • Deliver weekly KPIs and provide insights for client reporting.
