About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced marketer to continue building the M&S Opticians brand and support appointment generation, establishing our reputation as a leading optical and hearing care provider on the high street.
This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement effective multichannel marketing plans. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of managing digital and CRM campaigns, merchandising, promotional projects, and print design. Strong communication skills are essential for managing internal and external stakeholders, including M&S.

You will be an experienced marketer, used to working in a fast-paced B2C environment, seeking your next challenge. You should be organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of planning campaigns across multiple channels. Experience managing a direct report is preferred. You must be confident liaising with stakeholders and analyzing campaign performance to high standards.
