Laminar Projects is hiring a seasoned Cost Manager to digitally transform cost management in construction. You will own costs across all stages, lead pre- and post-contract cost control, and drive collaboration across PM, commercial, planners and design teams.

You’ll push for innovative, data-driven processes and avoid Excel-only approaches. We value a UK-based cost professional with strong English communication, 10+ years of experience, and willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
