Qualifications

• A construction engineering background with 2+ years of experience on construction projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong interpersonal skills.
• Leadership: proactive, self-driven and able to guide others.
• Impact: history of implementing scalable, repeatable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure delivery against it.
• Ensure delays are mitigated and managed commercially.
• Provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools with the team.
• Maximise the development of the team and educate clients to improve outcomes.
