Job summary

Laminar Projects seeks a seasoned Commercial Manager to supercharge client service and oversee all commercial aspects of high-end construction projects. You will drive digital tools adoption, collaborate across project managers, planners and design teams, and lead cost control from concept through close-out.

You will champion innovative processes and scalable practices while embracing travel to support regional operations in the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

Mastery: Commercial Management background with at least 10+ years of experience on construction projects.
Proficient in written and spoken English communication.
Leadership: a relentless approach to dealing with people.
Ability to deliver value through collaboration with project teams.
Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe as needed.

Responsibilities

Supercharge client service: Deliver cutting-edge commercial management powered by digital tools.
Oversee every commercial aspect from concepts through to close-out.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with project managers, planners and design teams.
Lead digital transformation and project controls delivery to maximise control.
Develop scalable processes and tools in collaboration with the team.
