Construction engineering background with solid capability in cost, schedule, and change control.
Strong communication, presence, and influence to engage project teams.
Proven leader, coach, and developer of high-performing planning and controls teams.
Track record of implementing scalable, repeatable solutions across complex projects.

Responsibilities

Own the controls for cost, schedule, change and risk on one or more projects.
Develop the development of your team both personally and professionally and educate clients to improve.
Develop scalable and repeatable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team.
Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders to improve delivery efficiency.
Be accountable for driving the project’s understanding and focus on the plan.
