B2 Agency Limited in Leeds is seeking a Digital Content Marketing Executive to own marketing for the group’s brands, shaping how Casus Group, B2 Agency, and Ayko appear in the market.

You’ll work hands-on with senior stakeholders from day one, turning ideas into campaigns, events, and award entries while driving content, SEO, and web presence.

Qualifications

• Sociable and confident talking to people at all levels, from juniors to directors.
• Willing to write copy and set up an event room as needed.
• A self-starter who owns tasks rather than waiting to be told what to do.
• Interest in marketing, digital, or agency life; attitude matters.
• Comfortable working in Leeds three days a week.
• At least one year of agency experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and pitch marketing ideas across all group brands.
• Brief in SEO, production, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Plan and run events.
• Manage and develop web content across group sites.
• Lead digital PR to build brand visibility and coverage.
• Sourcing, writing, and submitting award entries.
• Talk to staff across the business to surface opportunities.

Job description

We're looking for a Digital Content Marketing Executive to own marketing for the group’s brands, putting us in front of the audiences that matter, and making sure the whole business gets the recognition its work deserves.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role. You'll be the driving force behind how Casus Group, B2 Agency, and Ayko show up in the market.From the words on our website and the content we publish, to the events we host and the awards we enter, you'll play a key role in shaping how our brands are seen in the market.

You'll have direct access to senior stakeholders from day one. No ceiling, no gatekeeping. If you've got an idea, you'll get the chance to run with it.

You'll be responsible for:

• Owning and pitching marketing ideas across all group brands
• Briefing in SEO, production, and creative teams to bring campaigns to life
• Planning and running events
• Managing and developing web content across group sites
• Leading digital PR activity to build brand visibility and coverage
• Sourcing, writing, and submitting award entries
• Talking directly to staff across the business to surface opportunities
• Genuinely marketing the business, knowing our audience and speaking to them, not just producing content for its own sake
• Monitoring and reporting on website performance

Skills & Experience

• Sociable and confident talking to people at every level, from junior staff to directors
• Not afraid to get stuck in, happy to write copy one minute and set up an event room the next
• A self-starter who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
• Interested in marketing, digital, or agency life (experience is a bonus, attitude is the bar)
• Comfortable working in Leeds 3 days a week
• At least 1 year’s agency experience
