Senior SEO Executive
The Senior SEO executive role will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as the SEO and content strategy, PR campaigns, and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. Working in a team of SEO experts who have years of experience, the Senior SEO Executive will develop a deep understanding of the industry and be provided with the tools and training to thrive.
What You’ll Do
At the Casus Group we create and market high-quality e-commerce websites for well-known brands - we’re growing at a great pace thanks to our great reputation. We’re looking to scale our digital marketing team and are looking for the next SEO expert to help us grow.
- Learn to interpret, understand and compile data to create an SEO strategy for a range of clients, stretching across a number of different industries
- Be a problem solver and understand and come up with creative solutions to boost organic performance
- Create an understanding of how to speak to clients, and eventually being a lead of all client communications
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with clients and internal teams.

- Understand and implement instructions and directions from others
- Be an active, motivated and inspired member of the team
- Maintain a full understanding of company processes, policies, guidelines, and contractual obligations and ensure these are consistently followed

What We’re Looking For
- Good organisation skills and time management
- 2+ years or more of SEO experience, working either in-house or agency side
- Ability to analyse data by using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush and more
- A good understanding of LLMs and AI
- Develop and implement an outreach strategy to boost brand awareness and build valuable backlinks to client sites
- Identify opportunities to optimise copy and landing pages to boost organic performance
- Understand the process and importance of keyword research, and how to deliver organic success through keyword research
- A good understanding of Technical SEO and its importance for SEO performance
- Experience of completing site audits, to identify crucial SEO opportunities
- Attention to detail when analysing a site and investigating opportunities to increase organic performance
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
- An understanding of website migrations, and the intricacies of migrations
- Energy and enthusiasm with an ability to learn quickly
- Articulate and concise communication skills
- A desire to be a team player
- A proven track record of successful deliveries with deadlines

- Google Tag Manager experience
- Awareness of HTML/CSS/JS
- Experience working with Adobe/Magento and Shopify sites
