Job summary

Sir Robert McAlpine in London is hiring a Digital Construction Manager to drive BIM and digital construction across two major healthcare and special projects. You will work on site, lead digital strategy, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to improve predictability and performance.

The role requires 3+ years implementing BIM, proficiency in Revit/Navisworks/Solibri, and a strong communicator capable of handling challenging scenarios. Strong team-player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience implementing BIM within construction.
• Knowledge of ISO19650 standards.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage challenging scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Cover multiple Digital/BIM/Information Management tasks across project lifecycle on site.
• Collaborate with project team, client team and subcontractors; liaise with Principal Digital Construction Manager and Director for Digital Construction.
• Lead and drive digital construction implementation aligning with SRM strategy and company values.
• Line manage, coach and mentor digital construction staff.
