Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. in London is seeking a Digital Construction Manager to drive BIM and information management across two major healthcare and special projects, covering design, construction, handover and soft landings.

You will work with project teams, clients and subcontractors, lead digital construction strategy, mentor staff, and ensure delivery with SRM digital tools while upholding the company Visions and Values.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years BIM implementation experience in construction.
• Knowledge of ISO19650 and BIM processes.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Viewpoint 4 Projects and COBie.

Responsabilidades

• Cover multiple Digital/BIM/Information Management tasks across project lifecycle on site.
• Collaborate with project teams, client teams and subcontractors and interface with Digital Construction leadership.

Digital Construction Manager Role:

The Main responsibilities of the Digital Construction Manager will be:

• To cover multiple Digital/BIM/Information Management tasks for the lifecycle of a construction project on site, including work winning, design phase, pre-construction phase, construction phase, handover and soft landings
• Work closely with the wider project team, client team and trade sub-contractors. Having regular contact with the Principal Digital Construction Manager and Director for Digital Construction
• Lead and facilitate the integration of Digital Construction implementation, driving the SRM digital construction strategy and business culture in a manner which upholds the Visions and Values of the Company
• Line managing, coaching and mentoring Digital construction staff and supporting personnel development.

Your Profile:

You will have:

• Relevant BIM Qualifications/Courses
• 3 years minimum experience implementing BIM within the construction industry
• Working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, Viewpoint 4 Projects and COBie
• Knowledge of industry standards ISO19650
• Excellent communicator and ability to manage challenging scenarios
• Desirable skills in data analytics and reporting
• A natural affinity for being ambitious, dynamic and a strong team player
