Job summary

Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. in London is seeking a Digital Construction Manager to drive BIM and information management across the lifecycle of two major healthcare and special projects.

You will work closely with the project team, client teams and subcontractors to implement digital construction strategies, mentor staff and ensure high standards of quality, safety and delivery. Qualifications

• Experience implementing BIM across the lifecycle of construction projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with digital construction standards and information management processes.
• Ability to mentor staff and drive digital construction strategy.

Responsibilities

• Cover multiple Digital/BIM/Information Management tasks for lifecycle on site.
• Collaborate with project, client teams and sub-contractors; liaise with Senior Digital Construction leadership.
• Lead the integration of Digital Construction implementation and promote SRM digital strategy and values.
• Line manage and develop digital construction staff.
