Birmingham Mind is seeking a creative, organised Digital Communications Officer to strengthen its digital presence. You will design, structure and launch a new staff intranet, create and update website content, and produce digital materials to support services, campaigns and events.

You will work with the Communications & Marketing Lead to plan content, keep channels accurate and accessible, support campaigns, and train staff to use digital platforms confidently.

Qualifikationen

• Experience creating content for websites, intranets and social media.
• Experience with content management systems and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards.
