Job summary

CPM Holdings is seeking a Portal Support Specialist to support and optimize our digital commerce platform. Working with the Product Owner, you will help shape enhancements, test new functionality, and support internal users while occasionally assisting customers.

The role is hybrid, based at our Brough office, with collaboration across IT, partners, and business teams. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a support, e-commerce, or IT-related role, plus strong analytical and problem-solving

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a support, e-commerce, digital platform or IT-related role.
Experience using wireframing/prototyping tools such as Figma.
Exposure to SQL and SAP Business One ERP environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, UX, Digital Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

Contribute to feature requests, business requirements and workflow improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve user experience and platform efficiency.
Monitor platform performance and analyze user behavior for data-driven decisions.
Translate business needs into clear requirements with research, wireframes, and process mapping.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new releases and enhancements.
Investigate, document and escalate technical issues with development teams.
Act as the primary contact for portal-related support for internal teams and customers.
Troubleshoot system issues and communicate resolutions clearly.
Develop and maintain onboarding materials, user guides, and process documentation.
