St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Change Agent to join the IDT Change Team. The role focuses on the design and implementation of new and effective processes, ensuring engagement with clinicians, managers and administrative staff across the Trust.

You will need excellent communication and planning skills, with 2 years' experience in change management or business analysis and a degree-level education or equivalent.

• 2 years' experience of change management/business analysis.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.

• Design and implement new and effective processes.
• Lead on one or more change projects, planning, delivery and performance management.
