North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is seeking a Business Change Analyst within the Digital Products and Delivery team. The role involves leading requirements, mapping current and future processes, and driving solutions with clinical, operational and digital colleagues to meet the Trust's objectives.

Significant onsite presence and regular travel across the North West are required to support multiple Trust locations and deliver transformational change while ensuring effective stakeholder

Qualifications

• Education to postgraduate level or equivalent in digital or informatics.
• Prince 2 Foundation or Business Change qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated ongoing professional development in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead gathering and documenting requirements across multiple specialties.
• Map business processes and systems, and develop specifications for technical teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, corporate and digital teams to design solutions.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders to enable delivery of business change.
