GP at hand is seeking enthusiastic Practice Nurses to join our London nursing team. We offer full and part-time opportunities across five Central London sites, with a varied workload including in-person clinics and remote consultations.

The successful candidates will deliver a broad range of nursing services, work with a multidisciplinary team, and support population health initiatives. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £48,000 pro-rated, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and practice in primary care.
• General Practice Nurse qualification or equivalent governance training.
• Experience delivering immunisations and long-term condition care is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care across clinic sites.
• Conduct cervical screening, NHS health checks, immunisations and travel health assessments.
• Provide remote consultations where appropriate and maintain accurate records.
• Support QOF indicators and participate in CPD and audits.
