Job summary

eMed Healthcare UK is seeking enthusiastic Practice Nurses to join our Nursing team across London sites. The role combines in-person clinics, remote consultations, and desktop reviews, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

We offer opportunities for full- and part-time hours across our five Central London sites, with flexible shifts. Candidates should be NMC registered and experienced in immunisations and QOF-related activities.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience delivering immunisations and long-term condition management.
• Ability to work across sites and deliver care via digital and face-to-face channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care within scope of practice.
• Run face-to-face clinics including diabetes, hypertension, immunisations.
• Conduct remote consultations and desktop reviews (recalls, investigations, QOF).
• Maintain accurate patient records and participate in audits and governance.
