About This Team

The EMEA Digital Marketing & CRM team exists to define and execute the digital strategy for customer acquisition and retention. Our goal is to drive omni-channel sales for our European business and grow our community. We utilise a range of acquisition channels including Search, Affiliate & Influencer Marketing, Paid Media and Email to deliver elevated digital experiences, drive purchase and engage beyond transactions. We’re continually diversifying and optimising our digital marketing channel mix and target markets to reach new guests, increase brand awareness and drive efficient business growth.

A day in the life: What you’ll do

The Digital Campaigns Manager is responsible for the end-to-end campaign planning and execution, partnering cross-functionally to ensure marketing plans align with wider team priorities.

  • Owns the Digital Marketing calendar and collaborates with marketing channel managers and cross-functional partners to align inputs/outputs
  • Manages the planning, activation and reporting on all Digital Marketing campaigns
  • Project manages (in partnership with Ecom) the end-to-end process for any locally created Digital Marketing campaigns including Sale moments
  • Socialises campaign learnings and ongoing requirements for future optimization
  • Partners with global/INTL teams to align regional campaign plans/requirements where possible
  • Manages Creative requirements and workflows for Digital Marketing channels ensuring campaign creative is aligned across channels and through the funnel

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in Digital Marketing
  • High level knowledge of Paid Social, Search, Affiliates and Influencer channels
  • Experience planning Digital Marketing campaigns across multiple European markets
  • Strong relationship building skills to work with numerous internal/external resources and departments to reach objectives
  • Understands Digital Marketing creative and knows what best in class looks like
  • Project management qualifications and Jira experience is a bonus
