Job description

This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Campaign Manager to join our team at M-KOPA. You will develop and execute digital campaigns focused on improving loan repayment rates and optimizing collection strategies. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll drive impactful campaigns that enhance our collections effectiveness while maintaining positive customer relationships.

As part of our Repayments Product Group, you'll be responsible for driving M-KOPA's collections performance, supporting our mission of being a transformative financial partner. You'll collaborate with product managers, credit analysts, and commercial operators across multiple countries.

About Us

We foster a low-ego environment where diversity, innovation, and collaboration drive both commercial growth and social impact. Our team values psychological safety and takes a discovery-first approach to problem solving. You'll be empowered to make data-driven decisions and clear cases for prioritization of solutions in a domain that you have a high degree of ownership over.

In this role, you would be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing collections campaigns. Create and manage targeted collections campaigns, identify at-risk customer segments, and utilize various channels including SMS, in-app notifications, and social media to drive timely repayments.
  • Conducting A/B testing. Plan and execute tests to optimize collection strategies and campaign effectiveness. Analyze results to make data-driven decisions and improve collection rates.
  • Collaborate with our analysts to track and analyze campaign performance. Define core collection metrics and KPIs. Monitor campaign effectiveness, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights for improving collection rates.
  • Optimizing collection journeys. Analyze customer data to identify barriers to payment and opportunities for improvement. Implement changes to collection workflows to increase payment rates.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally. Work with credit, product, commercial, customer care, and analytics teams to align collection strategies with business objectives. Use customer feedback and data to improve collection effectiveness.

This is a fully remote role and will include travel across our different markets and working within the UTC -1 through UTC+3 time zones.

Your application should demonstrate:

  • 3+ years experience and track record in developing and executing digital campaigns
  • Experience with collections management systems and customer segmentation strategies
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance collection effectiveness with customer experience
  • Experience working with diverse, distributed teams across multiple countries

If the above is of interest to you, please apply.
