Qualifications

• A clear passion for supporting business and individual growth.
• Proficient in instructional design/eLearning using Articulate 360 and Adobe.
• Ability to simplify technical information for varied audiences.
• Experienced in creating clear content scripts and storyboards.
• Experience in designing Compliance and Health & Safety training.
• Ability to monitor impact of learning projects.
• Interest in using AI tools ethically to enhance learning design.
• Experience collaborating with managers, SMEs and stakeholders.
• Solid project management skills with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build learning content from requirements.
• Draft storyboards and scripts for training modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Platform to tailor resources.
• Manage drafts through reviews, updates, and approvals.
• Create customised content for different audiences.
• Support capability needs for new technologies and regulatory changes.
• Travel to offices 2–4 days per month.
