Job summary

Sainsbury's Group is seeking a Learning Designer to design and develop engaging digital and blended learning experiences that build knowledge, confidence and capability for colleagues. You'll translate complex information into clear, accessible content, collaborate with learning architects, SMEs and business stakeholders, and apply instructional design methodologies plus visual design principles.

This hybrid UK role requires managing timelines, prototyping, using feedback to improve the learner

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing digital and blended learning solutions from initial concept through to completed content.
• Ability to transform complex or technical information into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand learning content.
• Strong visual design and content-creation skills with experience producing high-quality digital learning materials and supporting resources using authoring tools.
• Experience using instructional and human-centred design approaches, including understanding learner needs and prototyping.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to shape effective learning solutions.
• Ability to design digital learning that meets accessibility and inclusive design standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging digital and blended learning experiences from concept to completed content.
• Collaborate with learning architects, subject-matter experts and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging learning content using instructional design methods and visual design principles.
