JPMorgan Chase in the UK is building a digital retail bank from scratch, offering an opportunity to shape customer journeys through end-to-end process design and delivery.

As a Project Execution at JPMorgan Chase, you will design and implement BPMN-based processes for onboarding, payments, fraud and servicing, partnering with internal teams and coordinating across functions to ensure impact and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Independent, proactive with delivery mindset.
• Fundamentals of business process design and process modelling using BPMN.
• Exposure to BPMN-based tools (Signavio, ARIS, etc.).
• Strong experience in UK retail banking domains (onboarding, payments, fraud, etc.).
• Strategic thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to map workflows and coordinate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Perform end-to-end design of business processes and formulate recommendations for implementation.
• Partner with internal groups to plan action, implementation and tracking.
• Engage stakeholders to drive a productivity agenda across Operations.
• Coordinate activities across client service, operations, technology and cross-functional groups.
• Monitor project status, mitigate risks and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Roll out recommendations and align with overall business needs.
