You will join a flat-structure team focused on getting smart ideas into customers' hands, shipping products, and delivering outcomes in an agile environment. This role sits in the Product Design Team, with a growing contingent in Berlin, and requires collaboration across product design, researchers, technologists, and business experts to uphold

Qualifications

• Hands-on design and design system work in product or service settings.
• Strong portfolio of user-centered design solutions.
• Experience delivering products with impact.
• Knowledge of design systems tools and technologies.
• Experience across digital touchpoints including iOS and Android.
• Familiarity with usability testing and early-stage UX research methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive design system excellence for our banking app and touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product design, researchers, designers, technologists, and business experts.
• Demonstrates ability to support the broader business strategy and deliver design outputs on time.
• Uses insights and data to evolve our design system.
• Champions cross-discipline collaboration and resolves design system issues.
• Manages stakeholders to deliver design system outcomes.
• Maintains, improves and scales the design system.
• Gains practical experience setting up and maintaining tokens.
• Applies accessibility practices and WCAG 2.2 standards.
