Levrara Consulting Group supports an established digital assets firm in London, seeking an experienced Operations Associate for a 6-month contract. The role requires hands-on operations in both traditional and digital asset markets, within a fast-paced trading environment.

You will manage daily trade lifecycle activities, settlements and reconciliations, and collaborate with trading, technology, compliance and finance teams to ensure smooth workflows and strong controls.

Formación

• Approx 10 years of experience in financial services operations.
• Hands-on digital asset operations experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management and settlements.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily operational processes across digital asset trading, settlement and reconciliation.
• Oversee trade lifecycle activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Manage settlement processes, investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues.
• Liaise with trading, technology, compliance and finance teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, controls and processes.
• Support operational risk management and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with developing and enhancing operational procedures.
