Job summary

Levrara Consulting Group supports an established digital assets firm in London, seeking an experienced Operations Associate for a 6-month contract. The role requires hands-on operations in both traditional and digital asset markets, within a fast-paced trading environment.

You will manage daily trade lifecycle activities, settlements and reconciliations, and collaborate with trading, technology, compliance and finance teams to ensure smooth workflows and strong controls.

Qualifications

• Approx 10 years of experience in financial services operations.
• Hands-on digital asset operations experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management and settlements.

We are supporting a leading digital assets firm in their search for an experienced Operations Associate to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.

The successful candidate will bring approximately 10 years of experience in financial services operations, with hands-on digital asset experience essential. This role requires someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment, supporting day-to-day operational activities across traditional and digital asset markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operational processes across digital asset trading, settlement and reconciliation.
• Oversee trade lifecycle activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Manage settlement processes, investigate discrepancies and resolve operational issues.
• Liaise with internal trading, technology, compliance and finance teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Key Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in financial services operations, ideally within investment banking, trading or digital assets.
• Previous hands-on experience in digital asset operations is essential.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, settlements and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading infrastructure, exchanges, custodians and digital asset settlement processes.
• Experience working within a fast-paced trading or financial markets environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to resolve complex operational issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Ability to hit the ground running within a contract environment.
