Job summary

Mondrian Alpha, a market-leading global multi-asset family office, is hiring an operations professional in London with a broad remit from day one. The role will cover trade capture, corporate actions and reconciliations across alternatives, with visibility to treasury and investment-related tasks, and a strong project component for process improvement and automation.

The ideal candidate will have 4–9 years’ experience in operations on the buy-side or in banking, plus a proven track record

Qualifications

• 4–9 years of experience in an operations role across buy-side or banking.
• Proven experience delivering automation initiatives.
• Experience with trade capture, corporate actions and reconciliations across alternatives.

Responsibilities

• Handle trade capture, corporate actions and reconciliations for the alternatives space.
• Over time broaden responsibilities to treasury and investment-related tasks.
• Lead or contribute to process-improvement and automation projects across the operations function.
