Job summary

Asset Reality Limited is seeking a dedicated crypto operations professional for our London office. You will manage transfers of digital assets under dual control, perform realisations and remittance, and ensure accurate platform records and reports.

You will engage in key ceremonies, offline signing, and daily reconciliations to uphold strict custody standards. The role involves working at our City of London office four to five days a week and supporting live operations, including seizures,

Qualifications

• Has personally executed high-value digital asset transfers under dual control in law enforcement, government, custodian, exchange or institutional fintech.
• Has run daily reconciliations across onchain, platform and bank records and investigated discrepancies to closure.
• Knowledge of multi-party computation and hardware security module custody, and offline signing.
• Understands account/coin-based models, nonces, transaction expiry, smart contracts and protocols, token opt-ins, memo and tag fields.

Responsibilities

• Carry out crypto transfers under written procedures and quorum approval, across online and offline custody.
• Participate in key generation and offline signing sessions and maintain records.
• Coordinate asset realisations with execution venues, reconcile proceeds, and remit funds to clients.
• Ensure platform reports, records and reconciliations are accurate before sharing with clients, courts or auditors.
• Define required contents of reports/records, test releases against real scenarios, and raise/track defects to resolution.
• Daily reconciliation of onchain balances, platform records and bank records, investigate discrepancies to closure.
• Follow operating procedures and propose updates where they fall short; log incidents and track corrective actions.
• Liaise with technology providers, execution venues and banks.
• Provide on-call out-of-hours support for live operations.
