Digital Applications and Customer Service Apprentice

We're hiring a Digital Applications and Customer Service Apprentice.

Hours

Full time: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (30 minutes for lunch)

Day-to-day duties

• Responding to enquiries and helping with general admin.
• Qualifying calls and transferring to various departments.
• Maintaining records.
• Working with all of our digital applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Enjoys working with people and good customer service skills
