Job summary

Searchability® is hiring a Marketing Reporting Analyst to build and maintain client dashboards in Looker Studio, turning paid media and website data into actionable insights. You will monitor performance data, support optimisation, and assist with GA4/GTM audits, pixels and event tracking, contributing to broader analytics projects.

The role is hybrid with 1-2 days in the office, based in Leeds or London, and involves direct client communication and autonomous work.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience within digital analytics.
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience working with paid media and website data.
• Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear, useful insights.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to explain what the data means.
• Comfortable working autonomously and speaking directly with clients remotely.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client reports and dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Use paid media, website, and campaign data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Monitor digital performance data and support optimisation recommendations.
