You will also work with teams to understand their ways of working and identify wider opportunities for digital tools, AI or automation to improve efficiency, reduce administration or simplify processes, bringing these opportunities to Group IT for consideration and support. • Provide hands-on training, coaching and support to teams and individuals, tailored to their roles and needs.
