Qualifications

  • 8+ années d'expérience dans des rôles de Client Services, idéalement dans des agences numériques.
  • Compréhension approfondie de la livraison numérique de bout en bout, y compris CMS, eCommerce, UX/UI.
  • Expérience prouvée dans la croissance et la rétention des comptes clients.

Responsibilities

We’re excited to share a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Client Director to join the growing Client Services team of one of our leading digital agency clients.

About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for managing a range of key client accounts across various sectors, including household names within retail/ecommerce.

As a Client Director, you'll ensure successful digital delivery, overseeing end-to-end services from business strategy to tech, design, and growth optimisation. This is a role suited for someone eager to drive client success while working in a collaborative, exciting, and fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow existing key client accounts: Ensure commercial success and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope and deliver successful projects.
  • Support sales efforts by engaging with clients, writing proposals, and participating in pitches.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their development and career growth.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure exceptional delivery and results across your portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8+ years’ experience working in Client Services roles, ideally in digital agencies.
  • A deep understanding of end-to-end digital delivery, including CMS, eCommerce, UX/UI, and tech platforms.
  • Proven experience in growing and retaining client accounts.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
  • A hands-on approach to leadership, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • A proactive and solutions-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering results and adding value to clients.
