Summary

Appoint Healthcare is proud to partner with a reputable national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. We are seeking a Dietitian to work part-time within a new Neurological Centre opening in May 2024, specialising in neuro-rehabilitation, tracheostomy, and ventilator care.

The Dietitian will manage a complex caseload, developing individual rapport with service users to understand their concerns, health goals, and dietary preferences, creating tailored nutrition plans. You will contribute to developing specialist treatment plans and maintain close contact with local community teams. You will also act as a key link between the nursing team and the catering department, overseeing the management of dining and nutrition support strategies on the unit.
