University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire invites applications for a Dietitian Community Service Manager. This 2-year fixed term post, at Band 7 level, focuses on managing and developing community and outpatient Dietetic services across Coventry.

You will work with the Head of Dietetics and SLT to drive service development, quality improvement, and education links with local universities. You will lead day‑to‑day service delivery, support clinical governance, and oversee parity with trust

Formación

• Experience in outpatient dietetics management.
• Experience delivering clinical governance initiatives.
• Ability to develop and implement community dietetic services.
• Strong links with universities for education placements.
• Ability to lead service development and QA activities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head of Dietetics in delivering performance against priorities and targets.
• Develop and deliver the clinical governance programme with senior AHP colleagues on quality initiatives.
• Interpret and apply clinical and professional policies locally.
• Maintain key links with local universities for the strategic management of pre‑registration placement education.
• Plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate Dietetic services across community, outpatient and some inpatient areas.
